Two journalists of Rustavi 2 were summoned today for questioning by the Prosecutor"s Office.  The investigation wanted information on yesterday"s report on the scandalous interview of the former employee of women"s prison, however Davit Kashiashvili  refused to answer the investigator"s questions .

"The investigation is interested in the report where the former employee of the prison speaks about so-called Case of Scrap and MPs visits to prison,"- said Davit Kashiashvili after leaving the prison.

Dimitri Sadzaglishvili, Rustavi2"s lawyer underlined that the journalist had the right to refuse to testimony.

Natia Trapaidze, another journalist of Courier was also summoned for questioning. The investigators  wanted to know what information was known to the journalist from Tsaadze- Pirtskhalava family members on the alleged involvement of the judge in a corrupt deal.

The reporter went to the investigative body, but did not answer the investigator"s questions.

"I was  summoned as a witness. The case was on the  possible involvement of one of the judges in a  corruption deal. Family members of  Tsaadze and Pirtskhalava  suspected that he had taken money for his verdict,"- said Natia Trapaidze.

Natia Trapaidze attended the press conference, where this issue was discussed with other journalists, hovewer only she was summoned by the Prosecutor"s Office.
