Prime Minister of Georgia participates in the opening ceremony of StudFest 2026

Prime Minister of Georgia attended the opening ceremony of the youth festival StudFest 2026 together with Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze and Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze.

The Head of Government of Georgia congratulated the youth on the opening of the festival and wished them every success.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, it is encouraging that the event has been held since 2014 and that the number of participating youth continues to grow each year.

"I would like to congratulate everyone on the opening of Studfest. I am very happy that this event has been held annually since 2014 and that more and more young people participate in it every year. Thanks to everyone, organizers, Tbilisi City Hall, Rustavi City Hall. I am glad that this event is being held in Rustavi for the first time this year. I would like to express my special thanks to the festival organizers-the Tbilisi City Hall, Rustavi City Hall, Ministry of Education. Once again, congratulations to everyone and I wish you a successful Studfest", - said the Prime Minister.

As part of StudFest 2026, sports tournaments, as well as educational, cognitive and cultural activities, will be held throughout the country. Over 20 000 students are participating in the festival this year.
