From June 1 to July 1, 2026, the Hate Speech Control Department identified 170 facts of alleged offenses, the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Rustavi 2.

According to the agency, out of the 170 alleged offenses, 150 cases have already been submitted to common courts.

Out of the 150 cases submitted to common courts, final decisions have already been made by the courts in 33 cases - out of which fines were applied as a penalty in 31 cases, and verbal warnings were issued in 2 cases.
