Minister of Internal Affairs Sulkhan Tamazashvili, together with the First Deputy Roni Meskhi, held a working meeting at Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department and introduced the new head, Police Vice- Colonel Giorgi Samarganishvili, to the employees.

Giorgi Samarganishvili replaced Police Colonel Archil Makharadze in this position, who will continue his activities as the Director of the Operational Support Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Sulkhan Tamazashvili wished the newly appointed Director of the Regional Police Department success in his work. At the meeting, the Minister focused on the priority areas of the Ministry’s activities and discussed issues related to police preventive measures with the heads of the department.
