Issuing of basic general education certificates has begun

Issuance of basic general education certificates (grades 9 and 10) begins today for 2025–2026 academic year graduates.

According to the Education Management Information System (EMIS), applications for the certificates can be submitted at the territorial offices of the Public Service Development Agency, Public Service Halls (Justice Houses), and Mobile Public Service Halls.

"Graduates of the 2025–2026 academic year basic tier who apply to the relevant authorities by December 31, 2026, inclusive, will receive their certificates free of charge on the 10th working day following the submission of their application.

The application for the certificate may be submitted either by the basic secondary graduate themselves, provided they hold a valid identity document, or by their legal representative.

The EMIS urges graduates to adhere to the designated deadlines to collect their documents", - says the agency.
