External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 20 534.7 million in January-September 2026, 9.2 percent higher year-on-year, reads the report of GeoStat.

The value of export increased by 19.6 percent reaching USD 6 153.0 million, while the import increased by 5.3 percent and amounted to USD 14 381.7 million. The trade deficit equaled USD 8 228.8 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 40.1 percent.
