Maka Asatiani who is Maestro TV 25% shareholder is in Georgia. She arrived in Georgia a few minutes ago andgave first comment on the developments around Maestro.

Asatiani said that she was planning to have the meetings with staff starting from morning as well as TV partners, Maestro founders and brothers Gia and Levan Gachechiladze.

Asatiani did not talk specifically about the Maestro shares with journalists. Asatiani noted that she would make a statement after consultation with the lawyer.

Asatianimade no comment regarding her future plans. Wneh jurnalists asked whether or not she saw political context in the ongoing processes, Asatiani answered- "mistakes happen to everyone"

Maka Asatiani was met in the airport by Maestro`s acting Director General Baia Gadabadze who rrefused to make comments.
