As a member of the Georgian Dream, Gia Zhorzholiani stated the parliamentary majority is ready to meet with Tkibuli miners on strike.

At the same time, the ruling coalition said that the bill has already been submitted to the legislative body for the resumption of the benefits of Tkibuli, which have been suspended after the enactment of the law of the mountain.

The striking miners demand salary increase and better working conditions.
