The minister for refugees asserted ,that IDPs gas debts in Tserovani settlement were written off twice.
According to him, in many cases the families that have debts are neither socially vulnerable and in some cases, nor refugees.
According to the minister of refugees, IDPs debt was divided and they have to pay 15 lari a month.
