Lado Papava, the rector of Tbilisi State University is not going to resign. He made a statement a few minutes ago. According to him, the University should be guided by its own statute and a rector is guarantor that it will be so.

" The university still come into deadlock if the rector will resign. It is impossible,"- Lado Papava said.
