The court rejected Rustavi2"s motion to recuse judge Shorena Khaveklashvili.
A Director General of Rustavi 2 requested recusation of one more judge- Shoreka Kavelashvili. According to him, Kavelashvili considered his case in 2013 and acquitted him .

Rustavi2"s Director general states that it is necessary to replace Shorena Khavelashvili with a judge, who no connection with Gvaramia.
