Residents of Isani district received spoiled chickens as present for Easter as well as residents of Krtsanisi region. Socially vulnerable people, living in the Military hospital threw spoiled chicken from the window in protest.

The regional administration responded on the developments. According to them food was not spoiled and such actions are part of pre-election process.
