A Court of Appeals approved Rustavi"s motion to postpone the process. The lawyers of Rustavi2 appealed with a motion because the decision on seizing TV company Sakartvelo"s shares is not yet made.

Judge Nazghaidze noted that the decision on seizure of TV company Sakartvelo"s shares will be announced on May 16 or 17.
