Court of Appeals starts a hearing of the Rustavi2 case. Supporters, politicians and representatives of non-governmental organizations have gathered in front of the court.

A Deputy Director General, Zaal Udumashvili assessed the process.

"A Court of Appeals showed its real face yesterday. A Chairman of the panel of judges has not agreed th date of next hearing even with her colleagues and left the court room. The defense was not able to have even 24- hours for preparing. Such actions confirm that the verdict has already been written and the court even has deadlines for announcing the division,"- Zaal Udumashvili said.
