According to a confidential source of Rustavi2"s Director General, proceedings on Natia Gujabidze"s case started in 2014, after the Council of Justice had been informed that the judge could be involved in fraud. According to Nika Gvaramia"s source, Natia Gudjabidze was renting a flat in Tbilisi , for which the Justice Council was paying.

This practice would not be considered a crime if not one circumstance, as it turns out Natia Gujabidze had a place for residence a that time in Tbilisi and was renting a flat from her mother.

Natia Gujabidze"s mother, Manana Dolidze confirms that she lives in an apartment with her grandchild, her daughter does not have her own flat and receives money for rent from the state.
Manana Dolidze"s neighbors say that Natia Gujabidze lives in the apartment with her mother and deny the fact that the flat has ever been rented.

A Council of Justice has made no official comment on Nika Gvaramia"s announcement. Neither a Chairman of the Council responds to Courier"s phone calls. Only Tamar Alania, a member of the Council made a comment and she neither confirmed, nor denied the information.
