A hearing on Rustavi2"s case is underway at the Court of Appeals.

Kibar Khalvashi refuses from his appeal, therefore the court no longer considers Paata Salia"s appeal. As far as the copyright dispute, on which defendant was the Director General of Rustavi2- is no longer considered, Nika Gvaramia was not allowed to attend the process.

Rustavi2"s lawyers have not been allowed to attend the hearing for the same reason.
