Court of Appeals responds to information released by Rustavi2, according to which the judge Shorena Khavelashvili was not authorized to discuss civil cases. In a special announcement is underlined that this information is not true and the complete information has not been released.

" Judge Shorena Kavelashvili has graduated 18-month course at the High School of Justice and has passed the exams successfully, which proves her skills in the civil law. In addition, the judge Kavelshvili has examined more than 1000 civil cases ,"- is stated in an announcement.
