Rustavi2"s lawyers comment on the Court of Appeals" decision. Dimitri Sadzaglishvili says that the interest to finish the process as soon as possible was clear from the very beginning.

" Urtmelidze"s decision- to appoint temporary management had the same basis, however we have witnessed that this decision has not changed anything. Rustavi2 remaihned the same,"- said Dimitri Sadzaglishvili.

The Rustavi2"s lawyer clarifies procedures needed to appeal to the Supreme Court.
" 21 to 30 days from now we will receive the reasoned decision from the Court of Appeals. Afterward we will have 21 days to appeal the decision at the Supreme Court,"- sa8id Dimitri Sadzaglishvili.
