The Plenum of the Constitutional Court is considering the Rustavi2 case. The composition of the first panel has refrained from asking questions with regard to already discussed issues.

Another part of the judges supported the postponement of the case, but the chairman did not satisfy the motion and continued the discussion of teh article on the immorality.

At the beginning of the session the members of the first collegium explained the reasons why they abstained from active partcipation in the current discussion . Ketevan Eremadze said that they had already been thoroughly examined the case.
