Legal Committee considered on an expedited basis the amendements to the "Civil Code". The amendments are also related to the complaint provision which was suspended by the Constitutional Court in relation to Rustavi 2 case.
The first version, which was discussed in the morning, envisaged the introduction of an alternative provision of norm suspended by the Constitutional Court . To avoid the politicization of the issue, the Committee members requested to change these articles.

Parliamentary Secretary, Tadumadze, does not connect the changes with Rustavi 2 case.

Vakhtang Khmaladze claims that the final version which will be considered at tomorrow`s session in the first reading does not contain articles related to Rustavi-2 .
