Erosi Kitsmarishvili attorney and relatives address the prosecutor"s office in order to protect their interests by legal means.

They have addressed investigative body in order to receive the prosecutor"s decision, the case materials and personal belongings of Kitsmarishvili.

Filing an application was planned a few days ago , but in the end it was postponed for today.
