Four Georgian victims of Babushara airport tragedy have been buried

Four Georgians who died in the Babushara airport tragedy were buried with military honors at the Dighomi Brothers’ cemetery.

The ceremony was attended by the relatives of Georgian warriors, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili, Interior Minister Alexandre Tchikaidze, Defense Minister Mindia Janelidze, Minister of Refugees Sozar Subari and other members of the government.
The civil funeral in honor of the Georgian heroes who died in a plane explosion on September 22, 1993 was conducted at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. President Margvelashvili also attended the funeral.
