TV company Sakartvelo and Giorgi and Levan Kharamanishvili appealed to the Supreme Court on July 20.
According to the lawyers the appeal meets all requirements specified by the 391th article of the Civil Procedure Code.
"In this case we face not only one but all four relevant grounds,"- The lawyers say.
