Rustavi 2 asks Supreme Court to accept the case of TV company

Rustavi 2 Director General, together with the employees addressed the Supreme Court asking to accept the case of TV company.

Broadcasting company"s lawyers have already appealed the Appelate court decision, according to which the Board of Nata Nazgaidze decided to pass over 100% of Rustavi 2 shares to Kibar Khalvashi,.

The Gvaramia addressed the chair of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. He said that the Broadcasting Company did not trust her.

According to Rustavi 2 lawyers, the case meets all four eligibility criteria for uptaking the case.
The third sector also addressed the Supreme Court with the same request.
