Another verdict of the Appeal Court rendered  in a short term - the lawyers  of Rustavi 2 founders received the ruling from the court  today.

 According to the document, the lawyers`  demand regarding the rectification   of irregularity in the ruling was not satisfied. This decision may be appealed in  the Supreme Court within 12 days.

 "The Court of Appeal had  irregularity.in the ruling. Specifically, with reference to the subject of the dispute the intellectual property rights and copyright were indicated, which is not correct, because at  the last session in the  Court of Appeal, Kibar Khalvashi refused his claim on the intellectual copyright and the reimbursement from Rustavi 2, as a party, we were excluded from this case, and this fact  was used to ensure that we did not attend the process". 

"According to the law, a party may apply to the court and request a correction of an irregularity. This right is enshrined in legislation, we have used it and applied to the court. The Court of Appeal delivered its judgment and once again seriously expedited timeframe and refused our request," - said the lawyer Tamta Muradashvili.
