A part of Constitutional Court"s Judges appeal to the Chairman with a letter and speak about the pressure from Giorgi Papuashvili. They mention that the Chairman had attempts to make them speed up the hearing of some cases, including Rustavi2"s case .

Judges Tavadze, Phaphiashvili, Tsabutadze, Sichinava and Turava sign the letter.

" In our opinion the court has diverse approaches to the resolution of cases. Each of us knows that the perfect solution needs a a comprehensive study of the issue, , which requires a reasonable time. It is unaccountable from the Chairman of the Constitutional Court to determine the agenda unilaterally, without taking into account the opinion of other members of the court and forcing solution on some cases especially in cases containing a political context," - is written in the letter.

The case of Rustavi2 is also mentioned in the letter.
