Attorney Gagi Mosiashvili has appealed to the Constitutional Court. Mosiashvili demands from the court cases to discuss in the shortest possible time the cases, which refer to the consumption of 70 grams of crude marijuana.

According to the lawyer, the Constitutional Court has been sent for more than a year the cases for review by the Supreme Court.

Mosiashvili said that the court has already taken decisions on the case of dry marijuana consumption and he is asking the courts to consider the issue of the prisoners in the case of crude marijuana.
