Eka Gigauri, Executive Director of Transparency International Georgia, critisises the government and said that, if it was known that the Security Service would be separated from the Ministry of Interior, such fact should be taken into account in the Law on Wiretapping.
"Until now, we have heard that there was not the time and they were not going to do it and it is unfortunate that the government actually have planned to do it  but never said about it until now," said Gigauri at the special press conference.
