The foreign ministers of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) member states is underway in Potsdam, Germany. Issue s of  the frozen conflicts,  fight against terrorism and migration crisis is discussed at the meeting.

The Ministers will focus on the Ukraine crisis and European security.
