A strong explosion has rocked Turkish city of Van. The governmental institutions have been targets of the attack.

A mined car exploded 200 meters away from the local administrative building. The Ruling party office and the police station are also nearby.

According to the latest data 27 people have been injured. Two of them are in a critical condition. The investigation accuses Kurdish fighters.
