45 employees of Batumi Sea Port have been dismissed. All of them were having vacations when they were informed about the decision. They haven’t received official notifications.

The managers of the Port stated that the dismissal of the employees was caused by the shortage of turnover and their contracts have expired.

The freed employees  say that they have credits and now they won’t be able to pay for bills.  They have gathered at the building of the port. The head of the port met them and promised that if the turnover of the burden increases they will return to job.
