Jury panel will not judge the prosecution cases of officials. The "Georgian Dream" faction prepared amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code. The authors justify legislative changes to the Criminal Law by the large number of cases and the problems encountered in jury selection. It is possible that during the parliamentary debate on t the issue the agenda will incude the question of the abolition of jury trials as well.
