Kvitsiani demands the return of his property. In order to defend the interests of the family, his lawyer addresses the government and the Prime Minister and plans to file an application in the State Chancellery.
The issue concerns the appropriation of his house by the state in the years 2006-2007. Kvitsiani is asking for legalization of the real estate belonging to his family in Chavchavadze Avenue.
Lawyer Alexander Kobaidze said, the state misappropriated and illegally seized the property of Kvitsiani.
