According to "Courieri", businessman whose kidnapping was planned is the owner of construction hypermarket "Gorgia", Gia Gorgoshadze.

Reportedly, detainees intended to extort money from Gigi Gorgoshadze, the founder of construction hypermarket "Gorgia".

For this purpose, the detainees rented a house in Gorgoshadze"s residential building andcarried out the surveillance on him.

According to the MIA, the detainees had several firearms, as well as masks, adhesive tape and wigs.

Gia Gorgoshadze himself refuses to contact with media, but "Courier" managed to interview the head of the Public Relations Department of the construction hypermarket "Gorgia". According to him, he did not have personal contact with Gia Gorgoshadze, but the family did not confirm the information about kidnapping. The information is not yet confirmed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Gorgia Commercial Director does not confirm the information. According to Misha Avaliani, the information spread is shocking for them .

We remind you that the special operation was held late last night on Tskneti highway. It lasted for a few hours. Four persons are arrested.
