Mustafa Emre Chabuk remains in extradition imprisonment until February 19. Today the judge has postponed the request of the defense and requested the time to submit a reasonable position on the prosecution"s motion.

Judge Arsen Kalatozishvili also explained that he needed time to get acquainted with the positions sent by the Public Defender, Young Lawyers and EMC to the Court.

If the decision of the City Court is to be transfer the Manager of the Demireli School to Turkey, the defense side will appeal the decision in the Supreme Court and then at the European Court of Justice.

International and localorganizations, as well as the Public Defender of Human Rights, are against the transfer of Chabuk to Turkey.

Chief Prosecutor replied to the Couriers question whether the Prosecutor`s Office had evidence that Mustafa Emre Chabuk is in connection with a terrorist organization, Irakli Shotadze said that proving of this particular allegation was not the prosecution`s obligation

Before the next meeting of the City Court the European Parliamentarians will arrive in Tbilisi and will examine Chabuk"s case on the spot.
