"This article is about threatening ,"- responded Samgori district governor to the UNM"s allegations that the Gamgebeli is accused on some articles of the Criminal Code.

Davit Kereselidze said during a telephone interview with Courier that criminal case against him was launched over the incident that took place three years ago.

"Three years back, in March, a normal household conflict took place. No property or physical injury has occurred in this conflict and this person filed a complaint. This is article on threatening a common threat. I asked him not to park the car there three times. He got scared and complained about it, "-

The opposition parties demanded Davit Kereselidze"s dismissal from the City Council at yesterday"s meeting and gave deadline till Monday to the capital`s government to take a decision

According to the UNM, the Gamgebeli is accused of several grave articles of the Criminal Code.
