The policy of the Georgian government should be adequate to the reality in relation to Russia - the civil sector responds to recent developments. The statement released by the Coalition for Euro-Atlantic Georgia says:

The civil sector assesses as "cynical and hazardous" the Georgian Prime Minister"s appeal to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

The Coalition calls upon the Georgian government to provide specific information to the public about future relations with Russia.
