"There is no justification for violence," said Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia assessed the attack on Rustavi2.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, law enforcers should prevent any kind of violence.

"There is no justification for violence and, of course, we should confront the violence and think that it was important to involve law enforcement agencies in this regard. Violence needs to be prevented and appropriatly responded to, "said Irakli Kobakhidze.

Members of the so called Georgian Mars attacked Rustavi2 office and journalists yesterday. The activists illegally detained Giorgi Gabunia and TV company lawyer Tamta Muradashvili for half an hour.
