"This document should be qualified and correct as in normal, in developed countries," Kakhi Kaladze, the mayor of Tbilisi made the statement in regard to the general plan of the capital.

The opposition accuses the City Hall of delaying approval of the document. Kakha Kaladze says that the opponents are not aware of this issue.

"We attach special importance to this, that is why we plan these meetings- to involve as many experts and field specialists as possible. I do not insult my opponents but they do not understand this business "Kakha Kaladze said.
