The National Movement demanded from the Chairman of the Sakrebulo to apologize for insulting statements made by the members of the ruling party two days ago.

Lile Liparteliani, a member of the Tbilisi Sakrebulo "United National Movement" faction, accused the majority of the City Council in unconstructiveness.

"Unethical and unconstructive conversation is insulting not only for the society but also for the city council and I appeal to you and our request is to apologize to the society on behalf of Sakrebulo because of the ungracious behavior of Vakhtang Shakarishvili , " -said Lile Liparteliani

Giorgi Tkemaladze, the chairperson of the City Council, said he was not going to apologize.

"I"m not really going to apologize, we do not need to appologize. It"s your opinion and it would be good if you"re polite in your speeches, "said the chairman of the council.

Irakli Zarkua, chairman of Tbilisi Sakrebulo Property Management and Finance and Budget Commission noted that Vato Shakarishvili, member of Sakrebulo, has already apologized.
