Giga Bokeria, one of the leaders of European Georgia, called on the Minister of Environment Protection to immediately start taking care to stop the volume of damages caused by the RMG Gold operation in Dmanisi.

In response, Levan Davitashvili blamed Bokeria for lack of environmental control during the previous government.

The parliamentary opposition calls on the Minister of Environment to express a clear position whether the gold mining company will be able to expand its business.
