Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament speaks about the controversy in the parliamentary majority.

According to him, public announcements about this issue will be damaging. Kobakhidze does not speak about expulsion of MPs or resignation from his post.

" A congress will be held in the second half of May . I believe that it concerns the political council and the revision commission. Kakhi Kaladze will decide if i stay on the position of the Executive Secretary, "Kobakhidze said.

As for the majority, Kobakhidze said that there are several members in the team which made mistakes, but " the situation and spirit remains good."

He also spoke about the meeting between the prime minister and the parliamentary majority as well and said that some regulations will be developed, which will be followed by the lawmakers.
