European Commissioner Johannes Hann responds to the letter of NGOs.

The European Commission"s response reads that the law on labor safety in Georgia is far from reality and does not correspond to European standards.

The civil sector is going to publicize the letter today and refrains from talking about the details before that. In parallel, non-governmental organizations respond to the demands of Tkibuli miners. According to them, all requests are adequate and talk about deficiencies in existing labor safety law.
