"We welcome debates" - President agrees on debates with the majority

The Parliamentary Secretary does not answer the question, wheather the parliamentary majority will use the debates for the political storm of the president.
The president will deliver the final report in the legislative body on May 2. At the request of the majority, political debates will be held after the president"s speech
Parliamentary Secretary of the President is attending the Bureau sitting in Parliament, where the format of the President"s report will be specified. According to preliminary information, parliamentary minority and majority will have 45 minutes, factions 15 minutes, and independent MPs 5-5 minutes.
