"We have received an absolutely unserious offer from the majority,"- says Giorgi Abashishvili, the head of the President"s Administration.

According to him, the president refuses to participate in debates. As Abashishvili says all the TV stations were covering the president"s speech yesterday, but the parliamentary majority did not allow him to start debates.
