A telephone conversation was held between the Presidents of Georgia and Armenia. The main topic of the conversation was the situation in Armenia and the bilateral relations between the countries.

Giorgi Margvelashvili told Armen Sargsyan that the well-being of the neighboring state is important for Georgia.

The President invited the Armenian colleague to participate in the solemn ceremony of restoration of Georgia"s independence on May 26 in Tbilisi.

At the same time, meeting in Yerevan was held between the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Ambassador of Georgia to Armenia.

According to Nikola Pashinian, if he is elected as prime minister of Armenia, he is ready to develop relations with Georgia.
