Inter-party consultations have been launched regarding the presidential candidate - Archil Talakvadze, the leader of the parliamentary majority makes an announcement.

According to him, "Georgian Dream" will announce a presidential candidate at the end of July or early August.

"Consultations have begun in Georgian Dream. As for naming the candidate, we will do it at the end of July, at the beginning of August," - Archil Talakvadze says.

According to Archil Talakvadze, the ruling party"s political council will be approved by on May 11 and Ivanishvili will be elected as the chairperson of the party.
