The Ministry of Justice of Georgia plans to appeal to the Strasbourg court in regard to Archil Tatunashvili"s case. The Parliamentary majority claims that the government will do its best to ensure that the highest instance of the European Court will respond to this case.

"I think this is a very important issue. To use the mechanism of the International Court of Human Rights as one of the main instruments of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Convention on the major human rights violations , this is the second article of the Convention, the right to live and the deprivation of life, "- said Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee, Eka Beselia.

The members of the ruling party do not know specifically what materials will be sent to the Strasbourg Court.
