Giorgi Janelidze, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Mikheil Janelidze responds to MPs" questions at the joint sitting of the Parliamentary Committees.
The main question of the opposition is - what the government does to implement requirements of the Tatunashvili-Otkhozoria so-called blacklist.
" In Brussels and Washington we learn that the Georgian Government is not active in this direction, while they encourage pro-Russian extremists within the country on other hands," said Giorgi Kandelaki, the member of "European Georgia".
The opposition is also interested in the steps taken by the Georgian authorities to force Russia to pay a political price for the actions, carried out on the occupied territories.
According to Salome Samadashvili, the member of United National Movement, the georgian Government does not do enough in this direction.
"We see that time runs out and Russia is not held responsible for any actions. I have a question, why does not Georgia join the sanctions against Russia, "said Salome Samadashvili, a member of UNM.
The parliamentary majority criticize opponents. The ruling team representatives say that opposition uses the Archil Tatunashvili"s case for political purposes.
Mikheil Janelidze answered the questions of the opposition before the address at the committee session. According to the Foreign Minister, Georgia works actively with EU countries and the US to inform the partner countries about Russia"s activities.
