Representatives of the Georgian authorities make statements on the current case- Georgia against Russia in the European Court.
Ten years after the 2008 war, the Grand Chamber of the Strasbourg Human Rights Court will hold the last sitting tomorrow and make a decision.
According to the State Minister"s estimation, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia has presented much evidence in the Strasbourg Court. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili hopes that the European Court will make a fair decision.
"The Ministry of Justice and therefore the Court have much evidence and we should wait till tomorrow. I hope that justice will prevail,"- said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
Tamar Chugoshvili, the First Deputy Chairman of the Parliament says that the Georgian Delegation has collected the maximum amount of evidence.
The suit was filed against the Russian Federation on August 11, 2008. There are hundreds of concrete evidence of human rights violations and excessive use of force by Russia.
